R33 is dirty powder as well. Ryan Pierce and a few others who specialize in the 28 are recommending VihtVouri N570. I'm running it in my 28/195 combo. It's throated long for the 195s though. But I'm right around 80 grains and getting 3040 fps. YMMV

Any body have any idea what the max case length is for the 28 Nosler. I have one that was throated for the 195's and I can't get a consistent velocity. Next step is neck turning.

Just watch the hunting show On Your Own Adventures with Randy Newberg. There's a bunch of episodes on YouTube. I'm pretty sure he shoots a 7mm-08 from Howa. He's killed a bunch of elk with it.

Exactly what TopGun said. Print off the draw odds stats and figure out which units you'd be able to draw. The look at those units and figure out which ones have the most public/accessible land. Buy a GPS with land ownership chip in it. Practice all summer shooting in as much wind as you can...
