Ok, so it sounds a little sketchy. I don't really want to throw this pound of powder out, so is it still safe to load?? What if I follow 4350 data, wouldn't a mix of 4350/4831 make slightly lower pressure than regular 4350, due to the slower 4831 kernals? I'll just use this for my plinking...

I am looking for a bench type setup to make steady shots at long range. I want something rock solid, but it has to be able to rotate so I can track a moving target. Weight isn't an issue, they will be for a stationary bench. What do you guys reccomend?

If I am at the range, I can check my bullet holes by walking up after I shoot. Not sure if I will be able to see holes in the paper past 200+ yards with my 10X scope. Just seems like I can save alot of money if I can aviod a spotting scope purchase. But, if I am out hunting with my buddy...

After I fire my virgin cases, and the brass is sized to the chamber dimensions, how do I go about setting my RCBS die so I will acheive optimum accuracy and still get good brass life? P.S., this is for a belted round, if that matters.
