I have noticed this for over 30 years. First with quail. My farts would smell like a fresh roost. Now that I guide pig hunts, they smell like nasty *** boar hogs. It must be something about the constant close proximity to that animal that their smell leaches into you somehow. Glad its not just me!

I'd still like to know the measurement, I just figured I would have a better idea of how thin they were willing to go with the muzzle wall thickness with the largest bore they offer.
