Long range newb

Does anyone have experience with the Let fly deluxe ballistics calculator for the IPhone/IPad?To me it seems very thorough but for all I know it could be inferior by comparison to other products on the market.Also,do ballistic programs generally compensate for corriolis and spin drift when required?
