Im curious as to what mag range you guys would recommend for using a 243 out to maybe 450 yards max. I have a 243 that I use for deer and the optic is fixed mag, very old, and screaming for an update.

I always thought it had to be hung in a cooler for a bit, especially if you like the hams to be jerkied...which I do.

I will let this freezer thaw out, and give the bleach solution a try, I didn't know if that would damage the freezer that is why I just used 409 in the first place. Thanks for the advice guys

Hi there, I am about to move to Oklahoma where the gun season is very short for deer and need to get a crossbow. Can these PSE bows really take whitetail out to 100 yds? What would be the disadvantage to trying the shorter tac10i?

thanks I think I have most of those so once my bullets get in I can whip up a nice load up for each of those powders and see what this old winchester likes!
