Those cases vary depending on what year gun you have so if you want something matching original, you'll need to keep that in mind. I don't think they are hard to come by if you are patient (except the very early ones) but most are way over priced and the reasonably price ones go quickly.
Right now, all I have is a Hartmann Case for the late '60s/early 70s SA-22s. It is not in pristine condition and will need some work by an upholstery shop but I picked it up for $300 so there is plenty of room to make it nice. If you are interested, I can send you pictures. I am just starting out in this and still learning my way so vice-versa on that "helping out a fellow collector" thing. I would like to end up with a few nice pieces (Maybe one each of the Grade I, II, and III), so if you have anything you'd like to sell or trade, just let me know.
