My returned barrel arrived today. The damaged barrel was received by PBB April 16th and a new barrel was at my door today the 9th. This is a much better turn around than I expected.

PBB was very supportive in processing a damage claim and working through this process. I waiting to share the pictures until the claim was filed and determined to be shipping damage. It looks like someone took a dremel to the barrel.

I just hope there will be a quick and easy resolution after the holiday weekend.

I just received a barrel from them today. Unfortunately it was damaged on arrival so I will find out about their customer service.

I am in Ga, USA so cannot try any pubs until I am there. Unfortunately, the family in Bratislava would not be able to assist in this either, even with a script, the social interaction would not go well.

I am not picky, we typically travel 10 days sometime in the May 15 - July 15th time frame. Whatever is best. Wild Boar, Mouflon, etc. No trophy required. We typically meet the family in Bratislava, then road trip around the country making any location viable.
