I have a Remington 700 stainless and would like to know if I can have it rebarreled to 7prc???

And not to forget 7Rem Mag and 7wsm.

Thanks for answering my request. Actually, I am having a Ruger Hawkeye 243 rebarreled to 308. I am not sure what reamer they will be using. I will have to find out.

Thanks for your input. This will get me started with a 308 I am having built. It's just a hunting gun, but I always strive to get the most accurate load to use and if I miss, it's my fault and not the load.

When starting this process, such as cartridge over all length , how many thousandths change in depth will result in a change in group size?

I am have a new barrel put on my Ruger Mk2 in 308, by Shaw Barrels. What would be the best barrel break in procedure to use. Thanks for your input.

Thanks for the info. I have 30 cal. 180 gr. partitions and 180 gr. accubonds that I will try. I think that would be a big step up over the 7mag.

Last year I shot a medium size black bear with the 7mag and it dropped in it's tracks. This year there will be at least 2 larger bears, 100 to 150 lbs. more. Will I notice any difference in results between the 2 cartridges, as I am looking to drop it in it's tracks. I hunt alone and don't relish...
