Used to be for many years 8mm Rem mag. Loved that rifle. Gave it to my brother, said he wanted to start hunting 15 years ago. He still has not even shot it. Now I grab my 375H&H mostly and sometimes an old Winchester 70 in 300H&H . I hunt the western states and Alaska .

Owned CZ550 in 375H&H for around 10 yrs. Topped with Leupold 2-7 . I used it on deer , bear, elk, and moose. Works good. Aim, pull trigger, loud noise, shoulder shove, animal falls down. Hand load TSX barnes 270gr. with bullet set out far enough to use up mag well. Just under 2900fps. very...
