I LOVE THIS CARTRIDGE!! 7 STW Rules!!! My rifle started out as a 7 mm Rem Mag Weatherby Vanguard which got rebarreled with a Douglas #6 26" 1-9 twist and it shoots like a house on fire!! Pet load is 150 gr. Nosler BT sitting on 80 gr. 7828 with a Federal 215 spk plug. Shoots flat as a pool...
I shoot a 26inch Douglas barreled STW--really like the 139 gr. Hornady SST sitting on 81 grains of RL 22 or 81.5 grains of 7828-shot a big whitetail at 400yds recently and was DRT. Be sure to fireform then necksize for ultimate accuracy.
