Sounds a bit like a load I have worked up for my .270win. 90gr Sierra HP going a bit under 3,600fps. Rather than downloading it, why not go the other way. Nosler shows their 125gr BT going 3,800fps with some loads. ;)

I have one on my Vanguard sporter, and I am pretty happy with it. It's a good looking setup, and very stiff. Fitting was pretty easy, and I bedded the action with Marine-tex and floated the barrel. Shoots much better, and more consistently now than when it was in it's cheap tupperware stock...

Curious what the issue was. I have a Vanguard in .30-06 that was shooting 1 1/4" groups when I got it, but with a little work (new stock, bedding, and handloading) it now averages 1/2" 3-shot groups with 175gr SMKs and 3/4" with 180gr Partitions.
