I bought a deluxe die set for the .338 lupia and it has 2 resizing/decapping dies. 1 has 3T and the other has 4Q on it. what is the difference between the 2 dies?

I was looking for information on reloading a new rifle I had bought. (.338 LM) was surfing around on another site and was referred by a member there to check out this site. So far, I have gotten my bipod, dies, brass and bullets lined up for reloading. Just got to work on powder now.
