I have found them to be ineffective but I have always grouped them to one side of kill hole. Maybe I need to try different placement

They tend to run off for a bit with 22 even with fairly good shot placement. I would get something bigger for quicker kills

If preserving fur is the game the 7mm is overkill. I have issues with a 223 at times and pelt destruction.

25wssm is a slick caliber but I would not buy one. Nearly Impossible for ammo.
