Not really. You can buy Sciroccos at Midway USA on sale right now for $51.29 per 100 ($.51 per bullet). Accubonds are $26.99 per 50 ($.53 per bullet). But even when they're not on sale they're only $.03 per bullet more. Not enough for me to worry about.
I tumble then anneal then resize. I anneal every 2nd or 3rd reload, just depends on whether I want to do it or not.
I use an appropriate sized socket in a cordless drill to hold the case as I spin it over a propane torch. I used to go by time alone (6 to 10 seconds depending on the brass)...
Montana Extreme and Wipeout do it for me and I've used most everything out there including Sweets, CR-10, KG-12, TM, Extreme CopperMelt, etc...
I have not used the newer BoreTech products, so I might have to give them a try.
One more thought, are you compressing the powder when you seat your bullets? I've had bullets back out of the case a bit after seating them over compressed charges.
So, you're measuring to the tip of the bullet and not to the ogive? The differences you are noting are normal if you're measuring to the tip of the bullet.

I've used Fed215Ms in mine for the most part and have had good results. I've also used Fed210s without any problems. Recently, however, I loaded up a few with CCI 250's. This'll be the first time I've used these in the .300 WM and I'm looking forward to trying them.
