As with many reloads if your problems are like this go to small base dies that will generally resolve the problem and be sure you are fully seating the brass into the die as to manufacturing instructions. that should end your problem.

We have used the 165 gr Sierra btsp for many years we have five sons and we hunt yearly I have no idea as to how many deer this bullet has harvested but our sons started hunting at twelve and are in their 40's now. Using Reloader 25 with 200gr Sierra win brass 215M Best groups 74.5-76.5 gr guns will vary and it shoots very well. Watch case pressure some rifles see pressure at 75 gr.
