These are factory loads. Federal 168 Sierra. Once these are gone I will reload. Planning on the same bullet with Varget powder.

I was finally able to get time and set up for 600 yards. I was using a plastic chair and the tailgate on a side by side as the bench. Hit 8 of my 10 on a 16" plate. Gun was a Remington 700 SPS in 308.

Factory 10/22 stainless heavy barrel. Target was at 44 yards. First 10 rounds of CCI standard from a clean barrel. I have about 300 rounds through this rifle.

Blue jeans and a Carhartt, topped off in blaze orange.

Thanks again. I received the trigger today, and was able to get it installed.

The 6.5x55 is my favorite to shoot. I would really like one with a varmint barrel. Tikka offers this, but the dealers I've called do not show them available. Does anyone know if this rifle is an option in the USA? My other option is to build one.

I go camping and hunting just south of Sedalia. We see the stealth flying around.

I got lucky on this one. My stand is at the edge of a field with a creek at 100 yards. Spotted him at 150 in the woods. He came down the hill and crossed the creek into the field. They usually will follow the creek and back into the woods. He was quartered towards me and I got a good left lung...

It was a long wait, but I got my deer back. Never got it scored but guessing 167. There are a total of 15 points.

There is a lot of new construction around the fort. I'm about 2 hours north.

New to posting on this thread from central Missouri. Just getting started in long range. The longest is a 250 yard range at the local club.
