Looking for a new rifle that I can zero and remain consistent at 200 yards for smaller game like woodchucks, coyote etc. smaller than 30-06, and ammo on the cheaper side so you can afford to shoot often. preferably semi auto but not opposed to bolt action. suggestions?

How do I figure out spin drift? I am new to long range shooting (over 300 meters - former army - shot 5.56 at 300M) and looking to learn more about it. I know that it is involved in longer shots but how exactly? how do i calculate it? where can i do more reading about it?
