What are the typical speeds on the barrel lengths?

I had one that originally had a 27'' lilia on it. Thought it was way too long for a hunting rig, took it down to 19". Load was cci br2, 60.5gr of retumbo. Shooting the 162 eld-x at 2950 with the 27" then dropped to 2750 by taking 8" off the barrel.

What is your barrel length? What brass are you using? Are there any pressure signs on the brass?

Nope. I have a defiance long action with magnum bolt face and single feed. Was thinking of the wsm because of good barrel life and easy to find brass. Was thinking of a 27 nosler because the action and it'd be something different. I would only want to shoot heavy high bc bullets.

I'm considering a new long range hunting / target build. Looking to possibly do a 27 nosler or 270 wsm. Anyone using the 170gr Bergers in one a them yet? I've got a friend that has a 28 nosler with 195's and its crazy awesome. Just possibly looking to do something different if it has good...

Looking to steal your loads for me to get a close start for my new rifle. Wanting to run the heavier 140 gr bullets. Ex Berger, eld-x, scenar. Also wanting to run slower powders. H 4350 being the fastest and down to h-1000. Thanks in advance.

So in the pursuit of greater precision what do you guys think is the best scale to get for reloading? I use a rcbs chargemaster 1500 at the moment. I'm looking for the greatest accuracy I can get. What do you fellas suggest? Jewelry scales, medical scales... Give me a few ideas. Thanks folks
