Just for grins, run a borescope into the chamber. Very often some corrosion has gotten which will lock onto the brass when fired.

I just checked all my scopes. None of them will turn past the highest increment, left or right. If yours does, pull the bolt out and bore sight it. That will get you back on target.

Wheeler Professional. I mount 2-3 scopes per week where I work. Works Great, easy and accurate. FYI: I use a short machinists' rule and come off the bottom of the turret with the level sitting on it for final leveling. Scope caps are rarely level to the reticle.
