He reminded me, we started the "lighterweight ZCO420" discussion 6 years ago! So happy ZCO finally are releasing one...or am I??? Guess my wife is going to be buying me an anniversary present this year (with my CC of course).

Nice. Are they going to offer them in O.D green and flat dark earth or just black? What are you planning to run for rings?

Picked up one of these and really like it. Running it along side the TT315 LRH MOA. I don't see any difference in glass but getting 5 power more and the reticle hash marks are 1 moa apart instead of 2. Guess I should have got the TT ER reticle. I'm a MOA and second plane guy I really like to be able to see the reticle at all powers. Really like this scope but maybe I'm just a Zeiss lover

The Ziess V8s are pretty impressive, but never even make it into the conversation of top or mid tier scopes. Nobody even takes the time to bash them. It has made me wonder why for a while now.

No clue on colors.
I will be running the ARC MBrace 36mm low (24mm) with an MKM 36mm allow level, same as my original two ZCO420s.

The Ziess V8s are pretty impressive, but never even make it into the conversation of top or mid tier scopes. Nobody even takes the time to bash them. It has made me wonder why for a while now.

I have no idea, I have 3 TT and my second Zeiss V8 NA is on it's way. The V8 NA is second focal plane and MOA that's the only reason I can think of seems everybody wants first fl and mils these days. My use is 95% hunting and banging steel. I like to be able to see the reticle at all power levels. The V8 Zeiss is every bit as good as TT to my eye, I think maybe a touch better then TT glass wise but I've always liked Zeiss. And you can't bet the weight 28oz vs 40oz
