7 SAUM load data

What are you using for a Chronograph….?
Labradar and or magneto speed with wiser rod. Sometimes I confirm either or. I didn't that particular day. You know when I say no difference I guess I should have said 6-8 fps deviation which in my mind is none. N565 acts a lot like H1000 from what I saw. Now there are cases that velocity has been seen to increase with very cold temps. But I don't consider 32 degrees a cold temp that this could have happened. Only way to confirm is to try it again and test in the middle of those temp ranges.

Hey Pudgy, noticed in your recent post you switched from F215 down to F210s……super curious why you made that decision…?
Started reloading 7mm rem I had always used 215. Was told it was the way to go for hunting.
Started loading for the 7Saum and no matter what I did ES was all over the place. one day my primer tray was empty so I said what the heck and tried 210. On that particular load ES went from 45 to 7 and groups shrunk.
Started testing in cold weather.
Haven't looked back. I get far better ES/SD and consistent 5-shot groups .3 to .5 with 7 SAUM and 6.5 PRC.

I'm sitting at close to 120rds down my barrel so going off full break-in coming in next 80rds I definitely need to find some N565 to compare to H1000 & also try some BR2s cause I have a bunch. Been using 215m so far so it would be good for my personal data. ThankYou Longtine88 for sharing your intel on the 7saum. You have been a huge help for me with all your postings on this forum…..

In my 7mm RSAUM, I've only used WLR and F210gmm primers.

I see no need for a magnum in this size case.

I've also had consistent ~1/2 MOA groups using the Hornady 162 ELDX bullet, though my gun shoots the Berger 168 VLDH better.

Sounds like you are settling into the sweet spot that your rifle likes…..Thanks for your primer input @Buttermilk
