5.5 Year Old Buck 124gr Hammer Hunter

Congratulations to Richard on his successful Canadian Deer hunt using a .308 Win and the 124 Hammer Hunter bullet loaded with H4895 @ 3100 FPS.

The deer was shot at 120 yards left an easy blood trail and recovered within 60 yards. The deer was aged at 5.5 years and had a ground weight of 280lbs.

Upon recovery the bullet passed through both lungs. There was a primary base exit and what looks to be 3 petals on the opposite hide.

After this hunt Richard is now converting his 300 WM, .270, and 22-250 to Hammer Bullets.
