My question is ? No ammo at WALMART AND BEAR AND BUCK SEASON almost here . Are you willing to help other hunters out by giving them ammo .I personally have some .270 130 grain reloads to fellow hunter in pa . near ARMSTRONG COUNTY

I'd rather help out by supplying components and I have done that on a few occasions. I would not be comfortable giving anyone my reloads or accepting anyone else's reloads for my own use. There is just too much at stake when suppling reloads for others to use.
That's a good practice along with what Dosh said. I have been reloading forever, but never gave out reloads. I have given out plenty of FACTORY ammo (especially the past two years) that I have stored away from great deals or trades. i only have a few cartridges that I don't reload. .44 mag is one of them. About 25 years a friend of mine gave me a plastic box of .44 mag cartridges, which I thought were factory ammo that he bought. I had plenty of factory loads, but was just using free ammo for target practice. I went to the range to shoot and fired about a dozen with no issues. Then I squeezed the trigger on my S&W Model 29 and all I remember was a very bright light, deafening sound and my pistol almost jumping out of my hand. I was stunned for a moment and thought the pistol blew up. I regained my senses and checked the pistol out. There was no damage that I could see, but stopped shooting and went home. I thoroughly cleaned and inspected the pistol for damage or cracks. It was not damaged. I called my friend and asked him where he got the ammo he gave me. I thought he gave me Factory ammo, just without the original box. He told me that he got the ammo from a guy in the parking lot at a Gun Show. It must have been RELOADS and a super HOT incorrect load. I threw the remaining cartridges away. Since then I will NEVER take cartridges from someone unless it is in a Factory box with matched head stamps. I also try not to get brass unless it is new or have confirmed # of firings and inspect the brass before using. I have given once fired brass away, but cleaned and inspected before giving away.
A good practice is NEVER take reloaded ammo from someone, you can't know the quality of the reload. NEVER give someone your reloaded ammo. If something happens you don't want to be blamed for your reloads.
Helping other friends, shooters, hunters out with ammo in these times is a great idea, but stick to Factory Ammo or give new components. I won't sell, give away or buy Powder unless it is Factory/sealed containers.
Better to be Safe than SORRY! Learned my lesson.
