Midsouth Crashes

Well I bought a rifle yesterday and my dealer said she was surprised mine went through. Every single NICS she's done in the past few days has been delayed, all 78 of them.

If anyone is near Fort Walton Beach, FL. I have box (1000) Federal Large Rifle MAGNUM GM 215M primers I bought inadvertantly instead of GM 210 LR Match primers to either trade for an equal number of Large Rifle primers, or sell for what they originally cost me $58.57 (54.99 + tax).
I would take them but I'm in Spanish Fort , Al . East side of Mobile Bay. I need 210 and 215"s .

I have quite a few S&B Large Rifle magnum primers I would like to sell, as soon s I can figure out how to legally ship them. Anyone have some direction on how to go about it?

I'd like to imagine ALL of us looking back on this one day and laughing........but I just don't know 😐.
Don't know about laughing but forgotten yes. This same exact thing happened 12 years ago. Actually got worse. $1.25 for a spent .223 case when u could find one come up every few weeks. Was insane

Just went through this getting powder from Oregon to Indiana. You have to find a certified HazMat shipper. It cost me close to $300 to ship 30# of powder. That is JUST the shipping cost. Luckily the powder was cheap enough so that I still paid less /# than retail plus shipping and tax. Vihtavuori N570/N560plus a bit of Alliant powder.

I believe an individual can get certified to ship HazMat, but the certification costs around $300-$500 I think, and I don't know if there are any other costs associated with that with in regards to allow you to actually ship Class 1 HazMat things. I just looked at the certification classes and the prices are all over the board.

I'm seeing $1/round for .223 brass now on some sites.
