These are very nice and light weight. Fit and finish is superb. Much lighter than the one that comes with the Christensen Arms Ridgeline

Got my stocks yesterday. Bolted my 7STW in it this morning. Dropped my weight down 1.5lbs well worth the money. Now my quick over view the BDL inlet is sloppy and has gaps around it and it's not a 100% great fit with out a bedding job. The barrel channel is huge and my sendero contour has clearance. A proof CF sendero barrel will fill it better

Danny, if you want to get rid if it let me know.

Appreciate that!

I only lost a few oz. In weight, the fit and finish is fine with me, the pistol grip is fatter than I am accustomed. But the barrel floats, and the pillars are solid. When the weather permits I'll see how it shoots. The other one should be here Monday.

1.5 lbs is impressive. What stock was on it before? HS? Bedding bottom metal would be pretty easy and might clean it up. At the sale price, I sure would have got a couple if they were available in left hand. Thanks for posting the pics.

I'm sending mine back.

Yes, it's lightweight.
The bottom metal inlet is beyond sloppy.
("Inlet" is probably the wrong term as these look like they are injection molded like the cheapest Remington stocks. At least the bottom metal fits in the cheap Remington throw away stocks.)

Tupperware don't be duped!

The Mesa Precision Arms stock is not tupperware. Either you ordered/received the wrong stock or you do not know what you are talking about. The inlet is not sloppy. Quite the contrary. It may not be inlet for your bottom metal but it is not a custom stock. If you think you can buy a off the shelf stock to fit every bottom metal available you are out of your mind. If it is long action let me know I may be interested in buying it.

Did you look at the pictures posted above?
Bedding the Bottom Metal to fix the problem will likely require a paint job on your new stock. Unless you don't care??

Yes I have the exact stock. I ordered mine before it was on any website. I don't speculate unless I make the statement. If you want exact bottom metal inlet order a Manners or McMillan and grab a snickers. They are selling a stock to fit multiple bottom metals. I can not even count how many 700 BDL bottom metals are out there. I will repeat if you think you are going to get custom fit off the shelf you are out of your mind. I have owned stocks from every manufacturer and off the shelves never are "perfect". I just had a buddy order a McMillan, wait six months, pulled it out of the box, the inlet was flat out wrong(not poor fit) send it back, wait another month, get it back pull it out of the box, still wrong. Finally sent it to a gunsmith to fix adding cost. This is one of the best off the shelf stocks available for the 700 or clone. I will say it again, if you do not won't it let me know I may purchase it for what you paid.
