Who makes MOA Click Turrets to add onto Meopta?

recently picked up two of the Cabelas Instinct Meopta scopes. Very happy with the glass. I have found that kenton will make an BDC Hunting turret I can add to the scope (these have only internal click adjustments). BUT I would like to find a company that will make add on turrets with just simple MOA clicks.

I plan to move the scope around and don't want the new turrets to be load/rifle specific.
