Transferability of tags in Wyoming?

A buddy a drew a buck tag for area 26 in Wyoming. Things have gone crazy with his work and he is not going to be able to go on the hunt

What, if any are his options with his tag?

Can he sell it? Give it away? Get a refund? Turn it in for a credit for next year?

Or does he just have to write it off as a loss?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Two years ago I caled them and asked a similar question. A friend from the south was hit by katrina and not sure if he could go, they told me then that there is no transfering. I dont know if anything is changed, but give the WY game and fish a call They are very helpful

Had same issue A few years ago. There are no options but tag soup. No refunds, Not transferable, Notta!
