Talley One Piece Rings/Bases 20 MOA or Not

I've got a 338 Edge that's about ready to go. Going to put a NF NX8 4-32x50 on it. I'm debating between Talley's one piece ring/bases with the 20 moa built into them or no moa. The scope claims a min of 70 moa. I plan on hunting with it out to 1200 yds and shooting steel out to 2000. Is it going to be an issue to hunt at 100 - 300 yds with 20 moa built in the rings? Any thoughts...
