The Marlin Model 70P (Papoose) is quite neat in that you can remove the barrel quickly. Trouble is, there is only one barrel for it that shoots .22LRs. Why not additional barrel options for rounds like Aguila 60 gr (1:9") or the CCI 29gr CB Cap (1:24")? I have found that rounds other than the .22LR are not accurate enough in the .22LR chamber. Actually, what Marlin ought to do, is make a bolt action with the Papoose-type switch barrel. And Ruger could make a bolt action Charger with the switch barrel feature. In times like we're in, there just would not be enough buyers, I suppose!
