Oh I see, that's one of the many names given to the same 785 powder by Winchester, that's the confusion.
There definitely was a Winchester powder brand that was RL22 some years ago…I forget the name, but thought it was WMR.

I never saw an extruded Winchester powder and the Reloder line is all extruded

Found it, it was called WXR, RL22 sold by Winchester. Memory isn't the greatest ATM, had PE (pulmonary embolism) and cardiac arrest in February.
