Recoil scope

I have a 378 weatherby Mag the scope on it which was a Bushnell Trophy 3-9x40 Gloss Illuminated Reticle died on me after less then 220 rounds according to how much ive shot it over the year ive had it cost me a mint to. Where can I get a nice one for less then 200 bucks that wont **** on me in less then 500 rounds from 60ft lbs of recoil?

The Burris Fullfield, and Leupold VX1 may work. That is a lot of recoil. If you can spend the money, consider scopes designed for big bore African cartridges.

Before you put a new scope on make sure the mount setup is heavy duty enough for the gun/recoil. The rings whipping in the breeze will certainly ruin a scope!!!

When you have a Rolls Royce on the bottom, the least you should have on top for RECOIL is a Caddy!. Burris make a quality line in the Sinature Series, with Posi-Lock. No movement after zero set-up.

Nightforce scopes....spendy, yes, but they are designed to take 1200 G's of recoil force, positive and negative.
