Ragged hole barrels, any experience? Pros cons

Im looking at getting a barrel from ragged hole barrels in 6.5 prc 7.5 twist anyone have any experience with these barrels, will be using it for long range huniting.

I put one on a 6.5 Sherman and it shoots great like 3/8 still working on a load also. My friend turned me on to them as that is all he uses now.

Barrels are fine. My experience with a 280AI has been very disappointing. I have several custom rigs from up and down the pricing scale. From a Jarrett Rifles .300 Jarrett to a local gunsmith that made me a Frankenstein monster in 6.5 CM.

For the amount I spent I should have better than a 1.5 MOA. Contacted them twice. Nothing other than some reloading advice. (In my 42nd year of reloading)…nothing new on the advice.

In the interim bought a Fierce 270wsm and a Sako S20 6.5 prc. Happy to say both are 1/2" or better.

That has been my experience. I hope yours is better.

Had a Wilson on my 264 WM, shot as good as anything else I've ever used. Would definitely use one again in the future.
