Punishment for the classified document leaker

We are in an era where a government of the people is impossible secondary to near complete lack of transparency by both elected, and unelected officials.

Release "Twitter Files" not classified, but the IRS shows at your office. Turn over Ashley Biden's diary FBI raids your house.

The punishment is the process and you are helpless to stop it.

Prior CIA directors have commented on the coopting of "journalist", and creating so much disinformation the public won't believe anything.

Couple that with Schumer warning Trump the intelligence community has numerous ways to get him. If they can get a President, and a billionaire, small fish such as the current target have no chance.

Security isn't about protecting assets in the field, it's about protecting careers, and avoiding jail time for those in charge.

Watch a hearing or 2 where those in charge can't/won't answer congresses basic questions, as the truth won't set them free.

He was a nogo his duty dates do not match up with the dates on the intel leaked. No matter his clearance status he didn't go into a scif search for then print the docs. Just like the reporters didn't find the leaker they were given the story to run by the party that wanted to use the leak for something else. That something else is the restrict act. This is a patriot act on steroids for the internet.
The story now is they don't know how many docs are out there because they know that the Bidens had an information for cash exchange going on. As did others that haven't and most likely won't be named.
Start with the company that runs 911 service in this country. All they had to do was have someone give a lucrative speech and they were allowed to bypass sanctions on a terror nation.
Look at all the FBI involved in allowing Russia purchase Uranium after the State department approved the sale after another lucrative speech.
Its been 475 days since Ghislane Maxwell was convicted. How many pedophiles have been arrested that used the minors she was trafficing? How many have been named? That's your FBI in action! That's your state county and local LEO's in action! That's your US marshals in action. That's your media in action
Notice anything yet?

The government will leak the info they want us to know about him. They will illegally withhold exculpatory evidence that might clear him.

They will lock him up until he confesses. Who knows? He may come out Chelsea.
I've discussed this with someone who is currently under some pretty strict security requirements working for the .gov. He basically said that if this kid was able to get this information and print it out, then his handlers should go to jail with him. there was a severe lapse in protocol in that somebody should have investigated why he was looking at that stuff and somebody was responsible because he was able to print it and not be questioned or stopped. And because of safeguards built into .mil programs, he left digital fingerprints on everything and they let him do it or didn't do their jobs either.

They are going to come down hard on this little space cadet! He's not going to get to go to the E club for the first four hours on Monday. 🥴🤫

Every Fortune 50 company KNOWS when someone, who it is and from what device is accessing their CBI. Access is also device restricted. Printing of ANY CBI is prohibited as well as downloadable. All UB ports and SD are disabled to prevent this possibility.

So HTH does our government not do the same to protect our National Security? This is ABSURD and LUDICROUS! Heads need to roll. Every person associated with security access oversight must be punished to full extent of law.

The various agencies cannot control CLASSIFIED document access? Freaking libraries are more in control of See Spot Run!
Seriously, can you imagine how many CLASSIFIED documents are NOT accounted for by the them? Maybe we need "library fines"! At 7 figure starting point.

I want FULL DISCLOSURE on how many CLASSIFIED documents are NOT accounted for by the controlling agency. I am willing to bet they cannot account for where classified documents are currently located.

The lackadaisical attitude to protect our SAFETY cannot be further tolerated. We all need to barrage our reps with outrage and demand their response.

Edit added: It's my understanding our government does not have a list of classified documents totalized across all agencies. So there is no simple accounting of every document? We are screwed.

If he is a "Patsey," and it's looking that way, what are his chances of making it to a trial?
People have accidents everyday!
I'd say better than average. There needs to be a distraction right now to rally the citizens and take their minds off the charades going on behind the curtain. A (token) service member guilty of treason? Needs a full trial with prison time to appease around 81 million voters.

No real need they can lock him away, and deny any communication with the outside world, no speedy trial, no bail, and "treat" him with any medications they want.

Yet somehow "they've" managed to keep JFK files out of the public hands for 6 decades.
I watched a interesting documentary about JFK and a ballistic expert concluded that a secret service agent accidentally fired the third shot. The third shot was definitely not a FMJ but a type of fragile bullet. Interesting stuff

There is a video that shows that shot including the mist coming out of the back of his head but there is no muzzle flash. Similar to an air gun . The video showed rapid clothing movement like it was in his sleeve but its grainy as hell and if it wasn't for the red circle and commentary impossible to see. You do not see a pistol in the SS agent's hand when it happened

James Bond movies back in the 60's, MI6 gadget lab. Known as Q branch, they had all of the best secret stuff. No doubt, our Good Guys would also have a trick up the sleeve too. Could a just been hyper alert slip up.
