I've been eyeing those RSR actions for a bit now. How do you like it? As far as fit and function are concerned, what is your opinion of it, I guess thats what I'm really asking.

Any idea what load you will be shooting?

    Looks great by the way!

I had Jim build my custom 7 SAUM on a Surgeon short single shot action and I've nothing but great things to say about Jim or the Surgeon. They may cost a few extra $ but well worth it. Surgeons are very smooth, accurate, strong, and easy on the eyes.

Is that a custom bolt knob, or does it come on the surgeon action?

Seems very smooth, maybe a little smoother than my Defiance!

    Im thinking 140 A-max and 130 VLD!

You'll be very pleased with the caliber and rifle. Not a real heavy barrel and Handy barrel length (what length is it).

When my current barrel goes I will reconfigure to something like you have.

    260

What is the length of the barrel? I am having one built and was contemplating going with a 24" barrel for tactical Competition with a suppressor? Do you think 24" is to short?
