Typically on those factory remingtons just look at the top forward portion of the bolt handle as you lift the bolt handle. If just that corner is contacting and at the top of the stroke you need to slap the SOB up to unlock your action after firing a round it's the bolt handle placement and your primary extraction just as Jim stated. Most often you'll also see a nice little divot on that bolt handle (root) right on that corner where it's hitting. There's a lot of them out there that do this exact thing.
