I recently bought a Remington 700 Sendero chambered in 300 Wby. I installed nightforce 20MOA picatinny rail, 30mm ARMS throw lever rings, and a VX5 3-15x44 CDS-ZL2 scope. Problem is I'm shooting about 2' high at 100 yards and don't have enough adjustment in the turret to compensate.

You should have enough internal elevation (75 MOA total, unless I read it wrong) for 20 MOA cant. Did you set zero with the 20 MOA?

I couldn't hit the target at all, I'm out of adjustment. I usually pull the bolt out, look down it to put it on the bullseye, move the crosshairs to the center of bullseye and shoot. Then put it back on bullseye then move the crosshairs to the bullet hole. Then I fine tune.

"If" you have 75 MOA total elevation, you have 37.5 MOA of up/down adjustment do when done correctly, you would have ~57.5 MOA of up elevation when zeroed with 20 MOA cant. Read up on your zero stop adjustment and re-zero.

ADDED: Not the best video but it gets the point across ...

I measured both rings and they are the same height, I'll go get a new pair of rings when Sportsman's open.

Yeah ARMS 22 rings aren't offset they're identical height. Meant for Quick detach from a low recoiling 223 Gasser where repeatability to the level you're looking for with a bolt gun isn't necessary.
