AMEM!!!! I just had it happen again today. LOL....profanity added to representative. She answered from another country. Immediately I told her to transfer me someone who speaks fluent English in America. Hold please,....... I got a guy in my same state only 300 miles away! Handled in two minutes and I understood fully the solution and he understood the issue I was having.
