Getting the Rifle Ready for Pronghorn Season

While my 6.5SS is definitely ready as far as accuracy and speed, I wanted to give it a bit of a face lift.

Pulled the stock and did a type of "Multicam" paint job. Left some of the Carbon Fiber showing through.

Yes, I did the paint myself.
It is probably the 20th I have done.
I do not strip the paint, as Manners applies it during their process. Molded in, not a paint application. I clean the stock with alcohol, then wipe it down with a microfiber cloth. I have a couple rifles that have had a DIY paint job for 8+ years. Still looking good.

I also have others that retain the factory patterns, and I just add to them.
This is my new .300PRC AW2 I am building now. Manners LRH in Tac Moss, and I added the orange. I hit them all with a couple light coats of a matte clear to deepen the colors.
