CA Ridgeline bedding question

For those of you that have bedded the recoil lug on your CA Ridgeline, did you stop right at the recoil lug or did you bed the first part of the barrel? Looking for ideas and opinions on what works best with the carbon fiber barrels.

I'm not an expert, but I just replaced the "spot" Bedding on my Ridgeline this AM. I chose not to bed the whole action as it has been shooting so great. The only reason I touched up the bedding (in front of the recoil lug) is because a piece chipped off when I was installing a new Arca Plate.
