7mm STW 168 Berger VLD

Does anyone out there have a good load for the 7mm STW shooting a 168 Berger VLD?

I have just reloaded with vv N165

71.5gr , col 10mm, 3050 f/s

sub 1/2" 3 shot groups @ 100 meters


Shoot in my Win 70 with a Broughton 31.5" barrel

I shoot Fed 215M primer, WW brass, 82.0gr Retumbo @3200 fps. Bullets are seated to fit the clip with about an .070" jump to the lands. Three shots through one ragged hole.

try retumbo 78 grains.....it works for me..

I use 79.8 gr of Retumbo and 215GM primers.
3125fps w/168gr Berger VLD loaded to touch lands.
