7 Rem Mag load data

What powders do you have available? Specific bullets or just those in the 160-175gr weight range? I've spent lots of time loading the 7mm RM and have a few recipes I can share.

145 LRX RL23
180 ELD M RL23
150 Swift Scirocco II H4831
160 Accubond RL22
175 ABLR Retumbo

CCI 250 or Fed 215

How does RL23 do in the 7mmRM? That's a powder I'm wanting to try in a buddy's rifle. Thanks

I'm only 1 data point..... That's all I use in 7mmRM. Like it! Single digit ES near top pressure.Very consistent in my rifle day to day.
+-3000fps w/ 162 ELDm, WLRM primer, Nosler Brass sized in a Lee collet die.

I've had great luck with it. About 3200fps with the 145s. I was around 2890 with the ELDs, never pushed it past that. All with a 26" barrel.

In my 7 rem mag with 26in. barrel. I'm running H1000 with the 168 Berger hunting vld at 3050fps at 5 yards off the muzzle with my labradar. Easily shoots under 1/2 moa.

It been years but I think it was 68.5.
I ended up at 70.7 gr.

For my "eastern" load, a 160 Partition behind 70.5 / 7977 and BR-2 gets 3,000 fps with single digit SD out of a Tikka T3 superlight. ~1 moa, easy shooting, brass lasts forever.
