Very sharp looking rifle. I like the stock pattern. Not that it is a huge deal, however, I have never seen the scope rings, with the screws/bolts on the right side of the action.

Scope and rings not included. They were just put on for testing purposes. My NF Scope will be finding permanent home on this rifle.

What is the maximum cartridge length you can have with that HS Precision magazine?

I had a round done up yesterday at 3.435 and it fit no problem.

Good deal! Hopefully you already have components stashed for this build, otherwise it could be a while before you can actually shoot it. Be sure and keep us posted as to your load development and such. This could be the caliber of my next build in a year or so.

I have 400 180 gr berger hybrids and 200 vlds, 300 brass, 8 lbs of H1000 and 2 of retumbo. Dies are sitting on the bench gun has arrived

Now I just need work to settle down so I can get some time to starting on load prep.

Hopefully in a few weeks I'll get to the range.

Well I have the brass, got some Fed GM 215M primers from a friend at the range. Intended to shoot the 180 hybrids but can't find them yet. Going to try to find some 180 VLD's and some 180 A-maxs. Anybody know if anyone has tried any 168 VLD's? Have H-1000 on hand as well as some 4831sc. We'll see, but I still can't wait to get it.

well finally got to the range and put a few rounds through the new rifle. So far things are looking good. I just need some time to get back to the range and confirm some loads and hopefully wrangle up another chrono.
