G Guest Guest Jun 6, 2007 #3 Ditto on the 75 gr H4831 WW2 surplus powder.I have used this load for years in a early Ruger M77,250 gr Sierra game king = 2660fps and 1MOA.I have never been able to get more than factory published ballistics in the .338
