Need help picking a Hammer bullet for an "elk gun". 20" HCA carbon barrel, suppressed. I don't see shooting past 500y with this gun.

I know alot of folks get great speed with Alliant powders, but I want to stick with Hodgdon (Varget, H4350, H4831sc) for temp stability.

I bought a sample pack of the 166 Hammer Hunters. I did a couple ladders and got up to:
  • H4350 - 65.5g - 2920fps
  • H4831sc - 70.0g - 2877fps
Cases weren't full and I didn't see any pressure signs, so I think I can push them a little faster, but a bit disappointed with these speeds. Alot of folks get 3200fps with this bullet in a 24" barrel, I was hoping for at least 3100fps in my 20" suppressed barrel. Anyway, I'd like to try lighter bullets for more speed.

Looking at:
  • 124g Hammer Hunter (I know @ButterBean likes these in the 300wsm)
  • 151g Absolute Hammer
  • 162g Absolute Hammer
Thanks in advance.

With standard length barrels we have been able to get a bit over 3200 fps. We have done well with StaBALL6.5, Superformance, and rl17. H4350 should be a good choice, may not make quite as much speed.

I know you don't have it listed but I'm running the 152 hammer hunters with VV n550 at 3300 fps or so and I've been really please with this load so far.in my browning abolt 2 I've got it down to 9/16 of and inch at 100 yards just a thought
Am I crazy, I can't find a 152 Hammer Hunter on the site?

165 Power hammer for reference...
