Let me rephrase that.......we don't care for the drama created by the last huge thread that many of you contributed to and was shut down accordingly. This time let's play nice and a game of intellect , instead of mud slinging and useless side bar. We all have a common goal.....to see projectiles fly accurately at long range. We just started the 1st production of hardened aluminum ballistic tips since Corbin quit doing it. Well now we have 100% competition legal projectiles. Refining our jackets to the best you will ever find and expanding operations. We have been swamped.....but it's a good thing.

Best believe we are here.....and it ain't blowing smoke. Some of the best in the business have our projectiles in their hands and they aren't balking either and thus far pretty **** satisfied. Customer service has been a bitch....yes we are dealing with an growth spurt an one hell of a time balancing things as we expand and we whole heartedly apologize for any inconvenience. Web site is being updated and revamped at the moment and will be more user friendly.

well basically you missed the longest thread in the history of LRH that included a ton of mud slinging and name calling from all directions.....
you didn't miss anything. But trust me I'm validated by not caring what guys that create drama say.....it's not a crime.

IIRC, the owner stated the "public" sector didn't equate in their business plan....

I wonder if they are targeting the government market. With those exaggerated BCs, they should be aware that they can be sued under the False Claims Act if they've invoiced the government for products with exaggerated claims. And here are some interesting features of suits under the False Claims Act:

1. Private citizens can bring the suits if the government has been defrauded.
2. No actual damages need be shown to get awards of $5500 - $11000 per INVOICE.
3. Since damages are awarded per invoice, 100 small invoices can lead to $500k to $1M in awards.
4. The private party who brings the suit walks away with 15-25% of the award with the government and the lawyers getting the rest.

It really does not pay to defraud the DoD any more.

I think he misses the bigger point that defamatory statements must be FALSE.

Since they were publishing exaggerated BCs, pointing that out is not defamatory.

One wonders if falsely claiming to have been defamed is defamatory?

funny coming from the MAIN contributor to the old thread being shut down. Playing nice doesn't involve threats....mud slinging....defamation or any of the sort. Which I have not done....but you sir will be addressed and put in check and called out when you spew garbage. Again.....keep it classy...and intellectual. When you can say they were exaggerated. ....we can talk....I guess you didn't read that these are calculated using Berger and Corbin software, not radar or the God of long range Litz tested. Anything but seems to be not good enough yet folks buy sierra...hornady and Berger like Crack...

Really? I've got 4 issues: 1) You throw out these grandiose statements substituting them for facts. 2) One of your customers mentioned on this thread he hasn't seen his order, and can't make contact. You minimize it, instead of resolve it. Give the man a date he will see his bullets. 3) Maybe instead of being online indulging in a ******* contest you should be in the shop getting something done. 4) You keep talking about added lines and products, but you can't manage what you've got.

That's my last word on it. There's neither education or entertainment value in this thread.
