Pop, i think most refer to the RUM improved cases as the Tomahawk. maybe if you ask for some info on the Tomahawk someone might respond. might also try sending a PM to Long Time Long Ranger. he's probably built a bunch of these.

While I do not have any personal experience with this round, a gentlemen on the Nosler Reloading forum posted this information.

"338 O'Brien

Its a 338-300 RUM (Edge) AI. Pushes a 250 gr PT at 3250 fps with 103.0 grs H1000 from a 26" tube."

Of course, tell your friend to use at his/her own risk as I have no idea how close to a max load this is.
