I use Ray Saltzman ( Saltzman Gunsmithing) He is in North Central Indiana and specializes in the Winchester Actions. He can be hard to get ahold of sometimes, but he is excellent at these. He has done custom work for me and they shoot right along with my GAP rifles and Short Action Customs.
