SOLD/EXPIRED WTB Winchester model 70 short action CRF

I want to buy a rifle or action that is a winchester model 70 short action controlled round feed. I need it to be made in New Haven so it will accept a jewel trigger. The MOA trigger models will not work. Do not care about condition of barrel or stock. Just want the action for a build. The FN SPR actions will also work.
