Refinished Model 70 , short action (7" hole to hole) for 2 piece bottom metal. I cut the std fore end off and added black and white spacers and an exotic lacewood tip. The barrel channel measures 3/4" at the tip end so probably accepts a sporter profile barrel. Also added a new buttpad resulting in a pull length of approximately 13.5". $250 shipped, Paypal F&F or USPS money order.

Boyds At One Thumbhole. Weighs 2.8#s according to my bathroom scale. Has been bedded and barrel channel opened up to .956 at the end. No scratches, looks new $200

Hey Kevin! Your email bounced so replying here. Looks like your pack did a number on this stock. It wouldn't be perfect and new again but I could definitely clean this up and refinish it.
Not much I can do with the rubbed off checkering but the rest of the wear & damage can be cleaned up. Matte or glossy finish? Estimate $75-$100 plus shipping back to you. Didn't notice but where are you at?
