I thought there would be feeding issues as well? I believe I purchased 260 brass from some of these tests on gun broker. The reason I say “I believe” is because I asked the person I bought the brass from if it was used in military trials. He said he could not tell me but that I was “on to something”. The brass is the worst looking once fired brass I have ever purchased. The shoulder angle had two different degrees, over gassed extractor scrapes on the face, and two dings on the neck that I imagine happened at ejection. He said they were fired in a new semi auto, which was obvious. I have not loaded any of it yet, might not be usable if the necks split where the dings are. It was 10 cents a piece, mostly Nexus brand brass. Seemed very high quality, very uniform and thicker metal in the necks than Federal and Remington brass. A couple of 6.5 CM pieces got mixed in at cull and they showed the same markings and eccentricities as the 260 brass did exactly.
